I bought this used off ebay without the setup software. Is there anyway I can get a download on the internet so that I can put my Xbox on my network?

wat do you mean software to connect to ur network do u mean it doesnt have a xbove live tab??? if thats it just put in a xbox live game and it will update for u just have youre ethernet in when u do it
