How do i install/use devhook 0.51 HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

I just bought pro evo 6 UMD coz i couldn't find a ISO file for it, but the problem is that it only works on a 2.81 firmware psp as mine is using 1.5 and i am using devook 0.45 i can only go up 2.71. Some one told me that if i download devhook 0.51 it will work as it goes upto firmware 3.01 i went thorugh all the threads and found a site to download devhook 0.51 but I don't know how to install it on my psp as the 0.45 version had a full guide on the actual program and this one doesn't can someone please help me out.
