ok i was download some dashes for my xbox one night everything was fine when i was done i just clicked out of everything and later when i tried to log back in it kept saying dat i was banned and i know didnt go over the file limit does anyone know a way to get unbanned from xbins cause i need to get back on

yea i tried dat and it didnt work i even unistalled it and reinstalled it i just got done reading and it has to do with my ip is there a way to change my ip
