DVD Loader/Codebreaker Help

If anybody can help with this, I would be SO greatful. Here is what I have:

PSTwo Slimline SCPH-75001
Swap Magic 3.6
Maxell DVD+R (With 1.5GB game) - Legaia 2: Duel Saga
DVD Loader (Not sure which version--recent, however)
Codebreaker V9.1
-----------------

Okay, so here is what I do:

-Load up Codebreaker
-Chose codes, press "start game".
-Exchange for Swap magic
-When SM boots, swich for DVDLoader
-When DVDL boots, press triangle
-Put SM in, press triangle
-Get message "EA Disc, blah blah blah..."
-Press X, SM loads
-Insert burned game, X for normal boot

The game then boots up. The screen goes black, and brings me to the PS2 menu where I see my memory card. The screen then goes red, prompting me to insert a PSX or PS2 format game.

I just don't understand this. The game plays perfectly when I'm not trying to use CB/DVDLoader.

Can ANYONE help me with this problem? Thanks ahead of time!
