Hi

Every 15 minutes or so when i am playing COD 3 online it show that everyone in that game have finished and quits me out but then i have to log back in again, so whats the issue, thanks

The issue is with your internet connection. All those people didn't really leave the game. Just you did because you lost your internet connection.
