Halo 2 super bounce with 360 possible?

I have been trying to figure out how to do a super bounce for so long now. I have two questions.

1. I have a xbox 360 with all of the halo 2 updates and map pack. Is it still possible to even do a super bounce or has the updates dissabled this glitch?

2. If possible can someone please give me an in depth explanation of how to do it. I have already watched countless videos that just seem to confuse me more. Some say you have to crouth in certain areas first and others say you don't have to.

Yeah, its possible on ANY xbox you play the game with, what you do is crouch in a certain area, the game's physics engine, Haviks, thinks you are about to fall out of the map, so when you jump on a certain location, it tries to push you back into the map, sometimes to hard, i.e a superbounce.
