First time trier of DVD Shrink, Getting an error message of duplicate tile when trying to anylis dvd. Can any one help

What's the exact error message?
Example: Crc/ Illegal navigation error/etc

What's the name of this movie you are trying to rip?

Is it an original dvd or someone elses copy?

Dvd shrink can't handle some of the newer releases,usually resulting in those example errors I posted.
