I have this game CD that is SafeDisk2 protected. I am able to duplicate this into a new CDR with BlindWrite Suite. Now, I want to add a directory to the image (a "crack" directory so that I can do away with having to insert the CDR everytime I wanna play the game).
How do I add this directory to the image? I tried WinIso - this adds the dir to the image, but the image when burnt into a CDR results in a coaster (I guess it screws up the image requirements of SafeDisk2)...
Any help is appreciated...
Or is there any other way to basically achieve what I need??
Asus K8N nVidia nForce3 Pro 250 GB, Athlon 64 3200+, Hitachi 80 gig SATA 150, Corsair XMS 1 gig PC4000, ATI Radeon Saphire 9600 Pro (256 DDR), Windows XP Pro (64 Bit),Lite-ON SOHD 167T,, Plextor PX-712SA,BenQ 1640.
Yep I could do that.
Or even better, use utilities like Safedisc2Cleaner/UnSafeDisc to crack the game exe.
So, I want to put the whole package (orginal game+crack) into a CDR :)
wondering if there is a way to do it

Better method= wrong For 50 buckaroos(or less) go buy a Memorex 52MAXXx burner and make a backup of any Safedisc cd protection and play the backup without the aid of emulation or "patches".

Hei man, this might be the "best method" (if we leave alone purchasing a new original CD;-) )
what i suggested was only a better method; remember good-better-best :-))))))
btw, r u referring to sheep 1/2 burner? how does it work? is it not a 1:1 copy that is burnt - had it been, how can it play without patches/emulation?
coz, when i duplicate my game cd, i need to place it everytime in the CD-drive to play the installed game (just like the original)

Talking about piracy is one thing but when you endorse it = can be deactivated rather quickly m8!
Read the sticky threads(blue colored) on how to backup the 2 most popular pc game protections (Safedisc& SecuROM}, what hardware to use (2 sheep burners), and what software to use to obtain a working backup.
