I have tried DVD Shrink and dvd decryptor and keep getting an error
but it burns other movies quite fine. This makes me think that there is someting on the disk that isn't allowing DVD Shrink and dvd decryptor to complete the task.

has anyone had this problem?
What other software can I use?

i used DVD fab decrypter, then used DVD Shrink, worked great, no issues, watched it last night and worked and sounded fine too!!
