Hello folks...

I have a very simple request that I have NOT been able to find an answer for no matter how hard I look.

I have a DVD. I want to make a copy of this DVD. I have a DVD drive and I am amble to rip the necessary VOB files to my HD. I want to take these VOB files and turn them into an mpeg that is the highest quality possible whilst still being under 650mb, so I can burn it onto a CD.

All I need is a program that will make me this mpeg from my VOB files. I have TMPGEnc but it doesn't seem to have an option of making files a desired filesize, am I wrong.

Please help and it would be much appreciated.

Hi!
Well you'll better use DivX, as you can fit a full movie in a CD. It's very simple you can find a guide at YOU WERE WARNED! about how to do that.

Do a search for EasyDivX or DrDivX and this will sort you out also!
