HELP PLEASE WITH SWAP MAGIC

hi
I just got swap magic 3.6 and the tool....i have taken off the front cover...and tried using the tool to slide the disk out but its stuck....even when i press eject it wont work and i cant seem to slide it back in either....its just stuck

can anyone help please?

Hmm...it sounded like the gears on the disc tray is out of its groove. Does turning the PS2 off and then on again help? Otherwise, you'll have to open the machine up and check it internally.
