Converting AR Max codes to Xploder V5

Having read the available information on this site I am still a little confused about how I can convert PAL/NTSC Action Replay Max codes to Xploder V5 (PAL). I am also unlcear about the cross compatibility of codes between the various cheat devices. e.g what codes exactly work on an Xploder V5 and is 'codebreaker'?

I want to convert codes because I often see cool custom codes for NTSC but not for PAL. As an example of the tyoe of codes I want to convert look here: http://us.codejunkies.com/codes_show.asp...g=13631617&p=13

If anyone could provide an explanation for the above I would be very greatful.
