NFL TiVo Recording to DVD

I've got an NFL game I would like to get onto a DVD it's 5.4GB when I bring it into Shrink it says it can't be compressed but when I go and do a backup it compresses it but I lose my sound. How can the game on a DVD with sound :o).

Thanks for any help. This site and it's expert users are great!
