gta vcs cheatdevice on 3.03OE-A'(2)

I have 3.03OE-A'(2) and i want to get the gta vcs cheat device and i wanted to know if it will run on 3.03OE-A'(2) and is there any chance of bricking my psp or harming it when installing the cheatdevice or when iam running the cheat device in the game is there anyway possible to harm or dammage my psp?

this is the one downside i have noticed about 3.xx custom firmware, you cant run edison carters cheat device, the only way it is possible is to install devhook, which is crap because this was a reason i upgraded, to avoid devhook. the reason is edison carters cheat device requires device hook.

so on a last note, if you desperately want the cheat device, install devhook, install cheat device, and run devhook emulated firmware version and play XD.

and by the way i tried installing cheat device and it never bricked, it just said it requires devhook to work, so it is safe, well it was for me XD.

i heard you put it under plugin in recovery and enable it and it works on it

yh it works mate. put teh topcheats in normal place on root. and the device in SEPLUGINS

Enable from recovery and voila.

I have downloaded gta vcs cheatdevice 2.3 and when i extract the file there are 5 files one is the gta vcscheatdevice.prx, topcheats.txt, readme.txt, programming.txt, cheatdevice installer. What folders do i need to make the cheatdeive workon 3.03OE-A' and what folder do i put the files on my psp memorystick and is it safe to run can it harm or damage my psp in anyway possible? and how do you use it?
