3.03 OE-A Wifi Problem

Me and my mate have 3.03 OE-A on both of our PSPs. When we try to play eachother through WIFI it loses connection whilst loading the level. We are trying to play multi-player on GTA:LCS
Can someone possibly tell me why im loosing connection everytime we play through muilt-player?
