I've been using this Program for a week and I have only manage to copy a few DVD's, until I get to this one (Madagascar). I have already open the disc and when I hit backup, the encoding only ran 36% of it then it stoped and displayed this message:

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue Failed to read file "E:\"(which is my DVDRW drive)
Incorrect function.

Then I press OK to close the program. Can anyone help me please.

Hi alenes01, Poor old DvdShrink hasn't been updated for quite some time, so the DECRYPTION engine isn't up to date for the latest ENCRYPTED movies. Here's a couple of links by AD members that will set you on the right track.

Alot of your needs will be met with FREEWARE (now that can't be bad, can it?... :)
