i got my psp and it wont play UMDs it worked perfect then it crashed so i turned it off and back on now it says disc cannot read and it wont play movies anymore ive tried moving the laser but it wont work still it happend to my old 1 and i phoned sony up and they give me a new 1 but i dont now the number

you can either go to google and type in for the sony number or you can turn you psp on while holding the R trigger.... what version are you on anyway....go to settings/systemsettings/systeminformation
