hi. i got a psp version 3.03. i read somewhre that you can downgrade it ot 2.80. can anyone tell me how to do it. thanks in advance

when they get the games thru the ps3 which file format is the game iso ? eboot?
do they need a sony official emulator?

i dont think sony is using a emulator
i heard there editing the script from the psx games to change the display etc to match the psp
kinda like converting the psx games to work
also if you think about it why would sony have to use a emulator when there the ones who created the psp,psx,ps2 and the ps3

OMG guys, 3.03 downgrader is already out, ghere check this link! You will need gta lcs unpatched first and then downgrade to 1.5 from 3.03!!!!!!!

It is true that there is a downgrader available for PSP 3.03. However, it may be tricky for some and there is obviously a risk of bricking your PSP forever. I found a site that is always up to date on downgrading, Homebrew, and more. They have cool video tutorials so the process of downgrading is simplified. They will have a downgrade for PSP versions 3.1+ soon, but now support PSP 3.03 and below:
