Burning hidden tracks in Nero

Is it possible to add a hidden track to a CD so that it doesn't normall play?

For instance can I have a track at a negative position on a CD?

Soulwax's Too Many DJ's has a Kyle remix at this position, and I wanted to do the same for my band.

On the Soulwax CD it is only played when you rewind track one back past the 00:00:00 position.

You can't burn hidden tracks with Nero.
Nero only allows to set index mark 1 and higher, and with the pause properties you can only add silence in those index-0 zones.

Use Feurio if your drive is supported: Open Feurio Track Editor, set the cursor to the desired position, then click on "Set special index-0 marker" in the "Actions" menu.
