I copied "the FA premier league manager 2002" today and supposedly it copied and installed successfully but when I came to play the game it wouldnt work cuz apparently it could not locate the CD ROM
Can you help? Please!
i think its because u copied it bad, i had same problems when i started backing up my games.
what program did u copy with? which settings did u use? or if u dont want to burn it again, try to get no-cd-crack, but im not sure if its legal, and often, they dont work properly. i suggest u post how u burned the game.
1. I cant advocate noCDs
2. noCDs (most of them anyway) limit you to a specific version of the game
3. What is the point of "duplicating" a game when you still need a fix for it? ;-) 4. It takes no skill (and thus gives no satisfaction) just to download some fancy fandangle noCD somewhere hehe
Asus K8N nVidia nForce3 Pro 250 GB, Athlon 64 3200+, Hitachi 80 gig SATA 150, Corsair XMS 1 gig PC4000, ATI Radeon Saphire 9600 Pro (256 DDR), Windows XP Pro (64 Bit),Lite-ON SOHD 167T,, Plextor PX-712SA,BenQ 1640.
LOL no biggie... i used to share the same "anything to get it to work" philosophy however I quickly found that the majority of the noCDs limit you to a specific version and you have to do some funky fandangled wacko stuff to switch from from noCD1.00 to noCD1.01 and so on. Hence it is much easier just to burn it right the first time and not have to stress about it each time you install. :-)
