3.03OE-C is out as of today... Get this.. I had a PSP 2.71 Non-TA-082, I upgraded by "accident" to 3.03...F*ckn Brick.... Luckly it was under 90 Days from Purchase.. I took it back, said it was defective...That was at WallyWorld(Walmart)... Went to EB Games next to Wallyworld...
Bought the PSP game pack..Its the one with movie bad ass movie Lords of Dog Town..Anyway.. Got it home.. To my surprise it was a 2.71 with a TA-082 Board... not too bad

umm myou can downgrade the ta 082 mobos... as long as u dont have Firmware higher than 2.8. theres a guide right here on after dawn of how to do it with al lthe files too::
