Hi, i new to psp. i got a psp with fw 1.5 which i then update to 3.03 oe b. I have been d/l a couple of games with iso formatt into my memory stick and have no trouble playing with them. however recently i d/l a game wif iso formatt too, but when i try to open, it got an error msg stating the game cannot be started. I check the file and find all the nesscesary files are there like the SYSDIR, USRDIR, PIC1 and the ICON. but i just cannot play the game. can anyone enlighten me???

Have you got a UMD in the drive and NO-UMD disabled in the Recovery Menu ? That's the usual cause of that error....

boot up as in power on/off by pushing the sliding button on the bottom right of the psp?

oops, i fig it out now. so sorry. i tink i put to sleep mode all the while, thinking i off my psp. now i inside the recovery mode. which one should i choose?

Hey, its no use. I have checked. its disable. but anyway thanks for ur help. maybe something wrong with the game. cos so far all i have been downloading, all can play except for this particular one. but still u r a great help to me. thanks again.
