What is the right way to burn xbox 360 games that you have? Actually this is a 2 part question.

1. How do you burn original 360 games without some wacky crazy pullin this out my xbox and yanking this out my laptop/desktop.

2. How do you find the right patch or how to make a patch(image) of a 360 game that you downloaded?? I have already made 10....yes 10.... nice and shiny coasters and I can't affort anymore!!!! Any info will be very grateful
