hi all

I am totally new and have just got DVD Shrink, wanted to back up a dvd at the weekend but wouldn't copy, im guessing its protected, what is the best for me to do. i dont really want to spend any money on getting expensive decrytping tools ect.

Any and all help is really welcolme

also, see if you have a program called Nero installed- shrink wont actually burn your backup unless you have it or some other type of burning engine. DVD Decrypter also works w/ shrink. although the programs are outdated, shrink and DVD Decrypter are my heaviest hitters, its fool proof once you get in the rythm. another recipe for sucess is DVDfabdecrypter+nero+shrink= more movies for the abyss!

Majority of movies these days are dual layered DVD's so copying with a standard dvd player won't cut it
