Help me with my wifi max media manager please

So i have the wifi max media manager and it won't convert wmv files for me. It did it once befoer a long while ago, but now it won't. All it does is tell me its converting but it really does not convert the file, it just makes some other type of file thats like 2mb and won't play and seems to be corrupt data or something...anyone know the whats the problem? in the past it has coverted everything just fine..and if im not being clear enough in the details just tell me and i will be.

the wifi max is known for being dodgy...ur prob best of using a diff video converter like ''psp video manager'' you can it from sharewareguide.net and search for it. its simple and very effective (well as far as a video converter goes LOL)
