lol you cant install 3.03 OE-A,B, or C if you wanted to...your current firmware is not compatible....perhaps in the next week you will get lucky and Team Noobz will release its exploit that will be able to downgrade all psp's ;)

And it seems you don't know anything about custom firmware....search the forums and learn.
