Whats a good chipset to buy to use for flashing the xbox and where in Australia can I get one?

Well this is the pci card I got that has the via chipset: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16815124022. It worked perfectly with flashing my samsung ms25 drive.
