Anyone had problem when trying to start both xbc and scthrom and error pop up says " error no xbox drive found".. It really weird I even tried to reinstall my os ,but things seems to be unchanged... so Pls advise

In addition,, I also had modded sammy drive and pioneer dvd writer which managed to burn abt 2 games since I got them ,,but after that thing gone mad.....

ive heard of someone having to re flash the samsung with kreon to get it working all ok again

also is your schtrom v3?

well what drive are you using? the sammy that came with 360 or sh-d162c? if your using 360 drive you need to use the enable 0800 dvd, if your using extreme 5.2 you can use single layer media, but if not then you need to burn it to dual layer.
