Starview Movies 9/10 and adult

Got a new Starview box yesterday with latest software. All works OK apart from Movies 9/10 and adult channels. The Movie 9 asks for the red button to be pressed and to input the PIN which does not work. Been searching for a solution for hours, here and elsewhere. Can anyone kindly help.

You will find these channels on another number. Yhose screens are for interactive use, just ignore them.

OK thanks. Sorted the Movie channels. It it the same case for the adult channels?
