San Andreas backup crashes at loading screen.

I made a DVD-5 backup of san andreas, using craxtion 4, after burning the image, it loads up, until the last point, where the 3 dots are moving, and it crashes, anyway to fix this problem?

I've heard that removing your HDD & memory card will solve this.

But how can i remove the Hd, i need it plugged in to play xbox 1 games.

My bad. I heard you need to have no saves on your HDD or it'll freeze.
