Hey I'm wondering if Xmodds is a reputable seller. I purchased from them a while ago and have not recieved product or been able to contact them... all I got were the original purchase and order confirmation emails.
It has been well over a month. :(
It sounds like from everyone else that xmodds site... but yeah...?
Anyone know a different contact info? I tried info@xmodds.com and the phone number a long while ago.
I don't want to be smearing any reputations if they are actually a good site... but I'm just confused.

you have tried emailing and the toll free number?
I bought from a store called Xmodd but i am pretty sure Xmodds is a different set of people. I would keep hounding them until i got my product. or if you paid with paypal or a credit card you can just cancel the payment and get it from a reputable place like Teammodders
A month without product or any response is just not right.

so did you pay with credit card or Paypal?
If so i would stop payment ASAP then write them another letter telling them that you did this and why.
Then go to a good site and buy your product.

Havent seen Xmodds around the scene lately. Maybe he jumped ship or joined up with some site other site that finds safety in numbers.
I know that he used to be a good supplier though.

I am having the same problem with this guy. Vague responses and still haven't seen my item. He said it shipped last Friday and I paid for overnight. Still no item. The phone number on his website is not his number. Its a shame. I went to this site from a recommendation here.

I'd hate to bump this topic, but rather than make a new one when this is still within the first few pages, I'd rather post here.
I have been hearing some things that Xmodds isn't good any more, is this true, or is Xmodds still legit? Just a little paranoid and rechecking, really...

I placed an order at the end of December, still haven't gotten anything. Just emailed him today.
I'm worried about this, but I don't know, since apparently some people were quite happy with the service.
So I'm guessing hes not scamming anyone, hes just slow as hell sometimes to ship things?

I really don't know if this is a scam or not. Theres a lot of both positive and negative feedback.
I really wouldn't even mind if he was just busy or if there was a problem with the order, but people are saying that its difficult or impossible to get word back from him, which is what makes me feel uneasy about this.

Month later, still nothing.
I talked to him once over AIM as suggested. He said he couldn't tell me at the moment, and he'd get back to me about it, but he never did. That was about 3 weeks ago. He still hasn't responded to my emails either. I've tried to talk to him again on AIM a number of times, but it feels like hes just ignoring me.
His site says he'll be getting a new 800 number "soon", so I'll wait another week or two to see if he gets one and I'll try it.
Anyone else who complained earlier in this thread get their orders yet? Its over 3 months now that I've been waiting.
Honestly I hate to say it but I might have to start looking into what options I have left to get a refund. This really bothers me now. Even if it turns out I wasn't ripped off, this is very poor customer service.

August, still nothing. Managed to get ahold of him one more time, he said he sold his buisness and he would have the new owner contact me. That was a month or two ago. Basically just more bullshit. He stopped using his AIM account a while ago, which was the only way of contacting him.
So, basically to summarize this whole thing for the last time, Eric Good just decided one day to start scamming people with his previous reputation of being a reliable seller.
Sucks for me and a few other people that ordered from him late last year when he decided to start stealing people's money. I really don't have the time or money to get into a legal fight with this man over $300, and since I haven't been able to get in contact with the other people he scammed, this'll probably just be the end of this whole thing.
Just shows that because people have a good reputation, doesn't mean that they can still be entirely trusted.
