why is file so big in iso mode?

just decrypted file and size is 7.3 gb. is there any way in dvd decrypter to get it to fit on one dvd?

Yes rip/unencrypt in IFO Mode instead , taking VOB (s) & IFO (all files incl. BUP's aswell if FULL-DISK wanted)

Then run thru a compression app such as DVD2One , which will let you set the output size...usually set at 4472mb as standard & that is just fine !!: )

Finally burn w/ favourite software (recommend Nero or RecordNow DX).
