Ok, this may sound rude, but. Google is your friend. Search for anything emulator or rom related, should return hundreds of searches. You can get roms off of some of those sites, most are shady though.

I wouldnt recomend torrents,but thats more of a personal/security reason.

If you are usenet savey, there is a full roms post for each respective console each month.
