i copied the two folders into the game folder, then it tells me to "Copy also the 1.50 and 3.03 updaters with the names 150.PBP and 303.PBP."....but where are these files? all i have other than that is the popstation folder, and two others called "303oeflasher" and 303oeflasher%". are there other files i have to download?

Yes, u will have to download them by yourself.
Just google "1.5 EBOOT PSP" And "3.03 EBOOT PSP"

And download then copy them to the specified folder="303oeflasher"
(Note: the folder doesn't have the "%" symbol!!)

yup thanks....and 20 minutes later......I gots me a 3.03 OE-C!
