NOKIA Copy from phone to SIM --- NEED HELP!!!

The display on my Nokia 3320b is broken. The phone works still but I can't see any thing. All my numbers are store in the phone and unfortunately not on the SIM card. Please can some bode send me the combination to get to "copy from phone to SIM" that I get the nimber out of the phone. Please tell me for example press 1 time contact and the 3 time down" Thanks for any help!!
