BIOS Debug Installer error [Default.xbe checksum incorrect]

Irritating little problem. I aquired XDI (Xbox Debug Installer) in order to, well, debug the BIOS of my Xbox. Everything seems to be set up right, the window is filled out as follows (I assume that if one would be willing to help me, they would know what the program looks like and can somewhat visualize what this info typed into the boxes would look like):


xbdm.ini
Name powerhouse
IP Addy 192.168.1.111
NetMask 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.1

dashboard.xbx
/C/evoxdash.xbe
[scan for possible dashboard files]

LBA48 mode
>Stock
(there are three other unimportant options here)

xbox version
>1.0-1.5


Alright, that is the window layout for the program. Under all that there is a little red bar which is the irritating part. the box will ask me to scan for a dash, which I do, but nothing happens until a popup comes up telling me to manually type in the location of the dash. I do this and click the Install Debug button. The red bar will tell me the xbdm.dll has been found, then a popup will tell me Default.xbe checksum incorrect. Use PBL as loader?
At this point, if I select yes, the red bar will tell me
checksum failed for pbl.xbe!. If I select no, it will tell me checksum failed for default.xbe!. I'm not sure of the workings on the program and therefore cannot do what it is doing manually at all. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
