hitman blood money disk problem

my hitman blood money disc has like 2 "slight" scratches that i doubt would effect performance or functionality. whenever i try playing, it says unreadable disc. either that or its just stays at the loading screen. its not my console because all my other games are working fine. my console is not modded or flashed. im like half way through the game and play it all the time. this problem only started happeneing recently. what do i do?

Go to blickbuster rent the game and change it out. HAHA JK dont do that your best bet is to get a good cleaning soulution and a cloth and clean away or a scratch remover but that could be costly if all else fails dip the game in water towel dry it and hope for the best if not get a new one its like 4 bucks if u like the game that much it will be worth it.
