As you may seen fw 3.10 is out and ready to kill your psps...
anyone whos new to the psp scene.
do NOT upgrade to 3.10, because you wont be able to run hombrews( and ISOs)
and as we all know, these two things make the psp to the elite handheld.
The new features of the new fw are:

-some new PSX games title,
-MPEG-4 AVC format in location free
-dynamic normalizer under sound setings..
non of these features are worth updating

I just wanted to say this because we all dont want to see therades with the title"Is there a 3.10 downgader?"
