I did a search on how to back up UMDs, but only found information and software for version 1.5. I have 3.03 OE-C and I want to be able to back up the UMD I have purchased. I tried fastloader, but it just came up as a corrupt file. Guessing because its not 1.5. I have a 4gig memory card so compression and size is not an issue. thanks much.

Download Booster's USB Special System Storage 1.00 (http://www.hackmypsp.com/plugins/p2_news/printarticle.php?p2_articleid=442). Place the application inside your GAME150 folder. Insert a UMD game into your PSP. Plug your USB cable into your PSP and make sure it's connected to the computer. Run USBSSS like any other homebrew. Select option #1 from the main menu. Immediately a new drive should be available on your computer with the UMD game appearing as a single ISO file on that new drive. Drag and drop it to your computer hard drive. It'll take a few minutes depending on the size of the game, but after that, you can quit USBSSS or copy another UMD game. Congratulations! You've just ripped your first UMD game as easy as pie.

i successfully ripped my first ISO, fight night round 3, but i wont work. What is the process for no UMD disabled. do you insert the disc at a certain time? every time i try it with a umd it goes to a black screen and freezes. I know the ISO is good, I created it from my original. Thanks

Remove the UMD, hold down the power until it shuts off. Hold the R trigger while turning on. Go to Configuration, and Enable "Use No-UMD." Exit and make sure the file is in the ISO folder. This should do it! Good luck.

Hi - I'm trying to run this but am a bit of a newb and struggling. I've copied folders __SCE__USBSSS an %__SCE__USBSSS in to my game150 folder but do not seem to be able to run them - I just get told the game is corrupt. I've tried going in to the config and set it to both 1.5 and 3.03 kernels and it doesn't seem to make any differnce.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?
