I just got done backing up The Matrix (my first back up DVD using DVD Shrink) following the guide for "movie only." I am currently trying to back up Akira using the same method but I'v run into some trouble. When I preview play the main movie over Shrink no sound is coming out. However, the spcial features and all that play with audio just fine. Please let me know what you think the problem may be and pottential solutions if you can think of any, thanks.

Have you removed any audio? Delete all audio except AC3 5.1

It wont even play any sound on the main movie with everything un authored. I tried removing everything except AC3 as you suggested, but still no sound. I dont know what the deal is. Any more suggestions?

Bumping is against the rules and won't get you an answer any faster...it may even slow down your responses a bit.

...there are no issues that I know of with the Matrix, try leaving all of the audio Remove nothing.

If I'm not mistaken Akira is a Japanese anime? I would assume that you would need the Japanese soundtrack for the main feature.

maybe you are trying to play the DTS soundstream through a non DTS decoder?
