I just wanted to knw wud i be able to play vcs on umd in the 3.03 oe-c also would i be able to use the edisoncarter cheat device

yeah it can work on 3.03OE-C i have the same version and i got vcs UMD but i dont know how to get the cheat deive to work and were to put it all i know the cheatdevice works on 3.03OE-C.
