PS2 / Matrix Infinity has vertical scroll with PAL game?

I just got my PAL game in and the screen has a severe vertical scroll problem. I thought the Matrix Infinity would not have any problems with my TV?

Is there anything wrong my the chip mod or what needs to be done to correct this?

the mod chip should play your PAL games.
Are there any settings in the chips menu's that may correct this?
like a Y-Position fix or Force NTSC mode?

That or your TV may not support both PAL and NTSC formats, in which case you would need to get a converter.

You can enter the Infinity's configuration screen by holding circle and triangle and with the console in standby tap reset. Keep holding circle and triangle until you see the confirmation screen appear. There you will see the option to force NTSC/PAL outputs.
