Hi there,

I just have a very quick question. I was in the process of downloading a movie from a basic torrent site. The seeders were low, and I got to 98% of finishing it before it wouldn't go any further without any other seeders.

I'm just wondering is there any program out there that'll let you watch incomplete video files?
