NTSC Iso to PAL

HI
I have an Iso file which is NTSC.

What is the quickest and easiest way to get it to PAL format.

Is it possible to do it as I burn it or will I have to use something like DVDShrink to reformat?

There is no easy way. You would have to pull it apart, resize, re-encode and put it back together.

Easiest would be to leave it NTSC. Most equipment in PAL regions can handle NTSC just fine. i.e. TV's are multi-format.
