i have tried all sorts of programs and are still having trouble turning them into image files

after i put the movie on my hard drive thats when all the problems develope i cant seem to be able to make them an image file to burn i tried shrink decrypt Nero copyx and a bunch more and just cant get it to work

U can Decrypt it to an ISO file using DVD Decrypter, instead of IFO 1
