I was wondering how to get the system open. I went on a site that showed afew thin I could try but the system they show has 10 screws on the bottom and mine has 8 and it will not come open.Do not want to break it so does anyone know what to do.

unscrew the screws then lift the top of the case from the back as it has to go over the dvd tray front.
