Can all of you tell me or give me tutorial how to change the xmb icon??

Go to recovery mode (do a hard reset and hold R upon restart). Go to advanced>Flash0. Flash0 will pop up on your computer once you're connected via USB. Once you see the F0 folder on your computer, go into VSH/RESOURCE. VSH represents the XMB (or main menu) and everything on the XMB. In VSH/RESOURCE, you will see topmenu_plugin.rco. Just delete it and add any one of the premade XMBs you might find on Maxconsole. Then, once you restart your PSP, you will see the new icons. You can also change your fonts within F0/Fonts, but they have to be in .pgf format.

go and download xmb icon packager. it creates them for you with custom icons.

i go to advanced and it dont say Flash0 ?
it just says:
flash pspbtcnf.txt(3.02)
flash pspbtcnf_game.txt (3.02)
flash pspbtcnf_updater (3.02) ect.......

im on 3.02-B is that y?

Yes, that's why. You need to have 3.03 OE-C. Get that and then follow my instrux.
