Hi i bet you are sick of newwbie messages by now but can anybody tell me what i will need to buy for a dbox2 i have recieved the box today and have also got the correct adaptor but what other equip do i need such as splitters, cables & would you no the best place to purchase these, sorry for being so pathetic regards complete novice.

No worries, we were all newbies at one time. If you have a cable box already you need to take the connection from the box and connect to the splitter, the other 2 connections then go to your cable box & Dbox similar to these;
