I been reading about both of these console and i love Playstation. But shall I go to XBOX 360 instead of PS3? Im thinking shall i buy a 360 now which is £200 cheaper and suppose to be better or shall i wait untill March 23rd to get a really expensive console which everyone puts down. Can someone help me decide? P.S Will there be a new XBOX?
there will be a new 360 in late 07 with a different processor, if i was you i would just get the ones that are out now, no sense in getting something that is WAY more expensive and at this point has no game choices, besides Gears Of War is worth the value of the 360 to me, top game as far as third person shooter, rainbow six vegas is kickass too
360 ALL THE WAY!!! and gears of war is definately a great reason to purchase the 360. i mean ps3 looks good and everything but once you go xbox you'll never go back. but then again it is all someones preference, get what you want to get, don't get talked into something you don't really want and then regret it later.
I've been a big Sony support since the PS1 launch, but I'm pro Xbox 360 now. It's cheaper, has way more games, the controller has rumble, and it comes with HD cables unlike PS3. Lastly what really burns me about PS3 is if you have an older HDTV that only does 1080i and not 720p you'll only be able to play in 480p. With Xbox 360 it seems like games and the gamers come 1st. I really don't get that vibe from PS3.
Just some notes for you, since you posted this in the 360 section you're probably going to get a lot more people saying to buy the 360, personally, I own only the 360 right now, and have nothing against the PS3 except the price point and that it really hasn't demonstrated to me that it's worth the price, I'm not ready to get involved in the BlueRay/HD-DVD war so I don't really want it as a BlueRay player since the future of that is still up in the air, and there aren't any games out now or coming out soon that I can justify spending that much money on since most of the good ones are also coming out on the 360.
