C Drive Clogs for a loooooooong time now

Hi, I hope someone can help me out with this,
my c drive keeps clogging, I removed so many programs
and scanned the drive and cleaned up, etc etc, but it seems
to keep filling up. I think something more serious is going on.
Below you'll find a HjT log.
